When Vista boots I get an alert box:- "GetDriveLayOut: CreateFile fail! Access is denied" Can anyone help me with this please

Access Denied : GetDriveLayOut
For me this was to do with the VIA software. I removed the VIA raid tool and updated all the via drivers and software and it has gone. The raid tool is the key, I think.

I think this is to do with VIA drivers & software. I updated all teh VIA software and drivers. No improvement. I then removed the VIA raid tool and that fixed it after a reboot.
Hope this helps.
